Yogurt made with goat's milk tastes like goat cheese. Which isn't surprising, but surprised me anyway. It's not a subtle flavor.
It's relatively stable when scooped from its 2-qt container into a smaller dish, mixed with honey, drizzled with Grape-Nuts, and eaten immediately.
However, scooping the yogurt into a smaller container, mixing in honey, letting it sit overnight in the fridge, transporting it to work the next day, and placing it in the work fridge, leads to soup when mid-morning snack time rolls around.
Whether stable or soupy, I think it would taste best with fresh strawberries, coarsely chopped.
Unfortunately, my system was unhappy after I ate yogurt soup with apples and raisins. The uneaten portion is now in our green bin.
It's not a subtle flavor.
